Research Activities
Duygu is a PhD Candidate at Saint Mary's University and a research associate at the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership at the Haskeyne School of Business.
Her research activity revolves around chronic pain and invisible disabilities in the workplace as well as leading healthy workplaces. More specifically, she studies how employees work in chronic pain and how pain affects organizational and health outcomes.
For her CRWDP project, Duygu will investigate how leadership can influence pain resilience and pain interference at work.
