Duty to Accommodate
- The right to accommodation in employment is premised on assuring persons with disabilities with work capacity are not unfairly excluded from employment. Employees with disabilities are to be accommodated up to undue hardship. Accommodation law has established obligations on employers, unions and employees in the accommodation process and has established certain limitations to the employers duty to accommodate.
