This webinar will be presented by Dr. Sally Lindsay (Senior Scientist, Transitions and Inclusive Environment (TRAIL) lab in the Bloorview Research Institute, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital). Dr. Sally Lindsay’s presentation is entitled “Barriers to work transitions for youth with and without a disability during the COVID-19 pandemic: A qualitative comparison”.
Presentation Description: Youth and young adults are particularly vulnerable to the socio-economic impacts of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). This presentation will discuss the key barriers to work transitions for youth with and without a disability during the pandemic using a qualitative comparative design.
Presenter Bio: Dr. Sally Lindsay is a Senior Scientist and leads the Transitions and Inclusive Environment (TRAIL) lab in the Bloorview Research Institute at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and an Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences Institute at the University of Toronto.
Be prepared to learn and ask questions. We will have a Q and A session after Sally’s presentation.
